  • My nutrition plans will aid in transforming your body into your dream body. Based off of your personal goals these meal plans will provide you with the right calories and macro nutrients. Nutrition is so important, and should not be left to chance. To achieve your goals as quickly as possible it is essential to get your nutrition right so that you have the energy to perform when required.

 

Defined Abs Program

  • My defined abs program is a personalized abdominal workout program to transform your mid-section. These workouts get progressively harder every month so that you can have a stomach to be proud of. Included are exercise videos with rep counts to ensure you reach your goal.
  • The defined abs program is designed to be used alongside your personalized workout program.

I welcome all levels of fitness competitors; whether it’s to compete to earn your pro card or cross an item off your bucket list.

Contest preparation is not for everyone!

Contest preparation has been given a negative view. The most important aspect of preparing for a competition would be the diet. The diet is very important but shouldn’t be confusing to understand nor difficult to maintain.

Stepping on stage should be an experience to remember…
not a memory you’re ready to forget!

With my help:

  • You will understand how to calculate calories/ macros.
    You will understand how to prepare meals containing the proper quantity of macronutrients/ calories per meal and per day.
  • You will break through plateaus and create new methods for progression.
  • You will be coached through resistance training programs and how to execute exercises.

  • Personalized meal plans calculated from height, weight, body composition, resting metabolic rate, and level of daily activity to create a program for you and ONLY you!
