The name says it all. The true definition of Kinesthetics is “relating to a person’s awareness of the position and movement of the parts of the body by means of sensory organs (proprioceptors) in the muscles and joints.”
In my programming, it will help you understand basic muscle movements and how the body uses bones as levers during the movement. When you understand which levers are needed to recruit certain muscle groups, you’ll feel a completely different sensation in your workouts.
