Contest preparation has been given a negative view. The most important aspect of preparing for a competition would be the diet. The diet is very important but shouldn’t be confusing to understand nor difficult to maintain.

You will understand how to prepare meals containing the proper quantity of macronutrients/ calories per meal and per day. - You will break through plateaus and create new methods for progression.
