With my Corrective Exercise Specialist certification (NASM), I spot and fix posture issues, muscle imbalances, over/underactive areas, and mobility/stability problems right away—so you train smarter, not harder.
Backed by my Master’s in Kinesiology Exercise Science and Exercise Physiologist certification (ACSM), I create custom exercise prescriptions for anyone: teens, adults, seniors, even those managing chronic conditions. Every program is built for you.

Nutrition: The Real Game-Changer
No fitness goal happens without dialed-in nutrition. Generic meal plans? They don’t work because you’re not generic.
Your custom plan is built around your goals, body type, metabolic rate, activity level, height, weight, body fat, dietary preferences, and overall health. We adjust every 3–4 weeks to keep progress rolling—if something stalls, we tweak variables and get back on track.
Be honest with your goals (no “50 lbs in 2 months” fantasies—that’s unhealthy and sets you up for rebound). We focus on sustainable wins: hit one target, lock it in, then level up.
You’ll get shopping lists, macro breakdowns, and simple, effective strategies that become habits—not short-term diets.
